I'm Kirill. I went through Y Combinator, raised money, built teams, and learned — sometimes the hard way — what actually matters when you're trying to get something off the ground.
The first Scoutzie was a designer marketplace. It worked. Then AI made it possible to stop connecting founders with builders, and just be the builders.
The advice was always the same: ship something, learn, ship again. Two-week MVPs are that advice, finally at a pace that holds.
